Can K.andCan Kirca 9a3bb6a248 Send the password reset email in the language the user chose (#136) ...

The reset mail was hardcoded in English. It now uses the language from the
preference cookie of the browser that asked for the reset, with English as the
fallback for any string a catalog does not have yet. English and Turkish are
translated.
