* feat(installer): 自动安装首次运行所需的依赖 - pnpm install: 构建 ui-html 时自动安装 node_modules，首次运行不再因缺失 tsc 而失败 - pypinyin: 词库构建自动安装 Python 依赖，无需手动提前装 - 新增 scripts/download-neural-model.ps1: 从 chinese-ime-lm Release 下载神经整句模型 * 幂等设计，摘要验证正确时直接跳过，首次运行下载 ~30 MB * Invoke-LocalTest.ps1 在词库构建后自动调用 优化完整包构建流程（test.ps1），首次运行时自动处理所有依赖安装和下载。 * fix: build-failures 测试允许 pnpm install 成功 mock pnpm 函数现在只让 'pnpm run build' 失败，允许 'pnpm install' 成功。 这样测试可以验证脚本在 build 失败时正确地中止，同时支持首次依赖安装。
