At 175%/225%/275% display scaling SM_CXSMICON is 28/36/44, but the CN/EN/CAPS/JA mode icons had no native frames for those sizes, so LoadImage returned a resampled bitmap and the Win11 taskbar input indicator looked blurry (issue #50). Add the missing frames (32bpp, Lanczos downscale from the 48px frame). Frames for existing sizes are kept byte-identical, so there is no change at 100/125/150/200/250/300% scaling.
