Subject: [PATCH] fix: bump version to 0.1.7 to replace broken 0.1.6 on npm

0.1.6 contained a broken createRequire change that caused
BaseSandboxManager.isSupportedPlatform to fail. This version
restores the original require() based lazy loading.
