- 不使用 fork-only 状态前缀，例如 `status/ready`、`agent/*`、`scope/*`
|
|
|
|
Labels 硬约束：
|
|
- 必须恰好选择 1 个类型：`bug` / `enhancement` / `documentation`
|
|
- 如果仓库已配置优先级标签，必须恰好选择 1 个优先级：`critical` / `high` / `medium` / `low`
|
|
- 如果仓库已配置范围标签，必须至少选择 1 个范围：`area:*`
|

- 可选：`needs-split`
