kuddev c3203b632f Merge pull request #115: confirm restoring default settings [skip ci] ...

Record the remaining PR history after its feature was integrated.
Preserve the current workflow, which runs the complete workspace and
GPUI suite through scripts/ci_native_tests.py, and all later fixes.
Retain the shared-runner cold shell startup allowance of 60 seconds;
the generated output assertions are unchanged.
