bluebluesoda 81a3ebc728 fix(admin): unit-aware sort for mem/disk; add bandwidth total sort ...

- Mem/Disk sort now normalizes KiB/MiB/GiB/... to bytes so e.g. 970 MiB
  sorts above 2 GiB instead of by raw prefix number.
- Bandwidth column becomes sortable, ordered by up+down total for the
  month (BWTotal piped through BatchUsers -> userView).
