lzt404 9991aea818 fix(updater): prevent busy DMGs from blocking macOS updates 
Prefer diskutil eject with retries and a compatibility fallback. Defer failed cleanup without blocking verified updates, preserve mounted directories, and add regression tests.

- Implement full-height shell chaining to fix the workbench bottom gap
  to the window edge via content padding, matching Usage Records
- Enforce equal-height panels with a 1:3 ratio for the client list and
  configuration workbench on desktop viewports
- Pin subpage tabs to the top of the configuration panel and wrap body
  content in an independent scroll region with max-content auto rows
- Unify Codex session list scrolling within the main configuration scroller
  to avoid nested scrollbars on desktop
- Fall back to natural document scrolling on mobile and narrow viewports
- Add shell fixture support and comprehensive Playwright layout assertions
  for fixed-edge gaps, panel ratios, and scroll accessibility
