Von bd7552f23b feat: 支持 Provider 多下游 target_formats 并收敛对外配置接口 
- 将 Provider 下游配置由单个 target_format 扩展为多个 target_formats
- 保留旧字段 target_format 的启动期迁移逻辑，并标注为弃用兼容代码
- 收敛对外配置与接口返回，Provider 相关响应及 /v1/models 仅暴露 target_formats
- 前端 Provider 表单改为多选下游，支持互斥项自动替换
- 新建 Provider 默认选中 openai_chat、codex、claude_chat
- 更新示例配置、README、4+1 架构文档及相关测试

Von e86317aa2b feat: 新增 Auth Group 多凭证调度与管理面板 
- 新增 auth_group/auth_entry 配置模型、运行态管理与 SQLite 持久化
- 支持 provider 绑定 auth_group，并在代理链路中按 least_inflight 选择凭证
- 增加 429 冷却、401/403 禁用、请求数与 token 配额统计及重置能力
- 扩展 HookContext，暴露 auth_group_name 和 auth_entry_id
- 重构 Provider 管理页，新增 Auth Group 管理、运行态面板与 Auth Entries YAML 编辑
- 同步更新 README、架构文档、示例配置和相关测试

- trim public provider protocols to openai_chat, openai_responses, claude_chat and codex\n- remove public stream_format and gemini-family downstream surfaces\n- add executor/decoder/translator pipeline, provider help popovers and /v1/models metadata\n- refresh README, 4+1 architecture docs, sample config, and supporting tests\n- include local-time storage scripts and related repository/service coverage
