- ProbeGrid 只分绿（通）、红（超时或不可达）、灰（尚无数据），不再用橙色表示延迟偏高 - 探测历史固定 60 次：弹窗 20 列 3 行，主窗口 30 列 2 行；去掉格子下面的延迟、抖动、丢包与 NetworkController 里对应的统计 - 网络详情打开时固定每秒探测一次（NetworkController.foregroundProbeSeconds），移除 AppSettings.probeSeconds、设置里的“探测间隔”与同步文档字段；后台低频探测仍每 10 秒 - 译文、README、官网与隐私页、更新日志同步
