Introduces a WebSocket endpoint for real-time log streaming and a new /v1/status API for server status. Refactors log file handling, updates dependencies (adds ws feature to axum), and improves file validation logic. Also updates workspace and crate versions to 1.1.7, and makes minor improvements to log rotation and struct derivations.

下载 exe: Release

安装：uv tool install biliup
启动：biliup start

frontend

确保 Node.js 版本 ≥ 18
安装依赖：npm i
启动开发服务器：npm run dev
访问：http://localhost:3000

backend

安装依赖 maturin dev
npm run build 确保 /biliup/web/public 目录存在构建好的前端静态资源
启动 Biliup：python3 -m biliup
