ForgQi d4b6a5fb22 Refactor models and context for streamer separation

Split LiveStreamer and UploadStreamer models into separate modules and update references throughout the codebase. Refactor StreamInfo to StreamInfoExt, embedding StreamerInfo for improved database integration. Update context, plugin, monitor, and related logic to support new model structure and database operations. Bump version to 1.1.9.
