Node.js v18.20.8

原README.md内容 18+ 版本不对

项目依赖 ora@^9.0.0，该包要求 Node.js >= 20
依赖 string-width@8.1.0 也要求 Node.js >= 20
项目中包含正则表达式，而Node.js 18 不支持正则表达式的 v 标志
