chore: 优化 npm 发布配置,排除未测试文件

- 修改 package.json files 字段为精确文件列表
- 排除 templates/commands/execute.md (未测试)
- 排除 templates/commands/plan.md (未测试)
- 排除 templates/prompts/gemini/architect.md (未测试)
- 排除 templates/examples/ (未测试)
- 排除 templates/schemas/ (未测试)
- 添加 .npmignore 作为文档参考
