fix: DANMU_OFFSET 解析与匹配含 / 剧名的两个问题 (#371)

1. parseOffsetRules 无条件按 / 分割，含 / 剧名解析错误
2. resolveOffsetRule 严格相等比较，normalizeSpaces 抹掉斜杠
   导致规则 anime 与实际 baseTitle 无法匹配

修复: 正则解析 /，对决两边做 normalizeSpaces 归一比较
