chore(build): drop redundant tailwindcss direct dependency
@tailwindcss/node already depends on tailwindcss at the same exact version (4.3.3), so a top-level entry would only risk a second copy resolving in the build process. The one-copy pin the native-binding rule requires is now held solely by @tailwindcss/node's exact dependency; update the tailwind.css comment to match.
