fix(plugin-info): drop the update notice onto its own line

The notice trailed the version inside the value box, whose ellipsis cuts
the line last-in-first-out, so at the card's 240px floor it was always the
part lost. Measured in the live harness with English labels, the box
overflowed by 29-44px and ~15px of a 52px chip survived, at every version
string tried. A block-level chip drops below instead, leaving the version
its own ellipsis on the first line.

The update notice takes its own line under the version instead of trailing it.
Sharing the line left the value box overflowing by 29-44px at the card's 240px
floor (measured, English labels), and the notice sat last in that box, so the
ellipsis always ate it first — ~15px of a 52px chip was all that survived, at

version its own ellipsis on the first line.
