tianma-if 6ffbdcd10e fix: pin runtime accent steps and widen site decoration on P3 
Amber, rose, and red steps used by the app now follow the runtime RGB
palette in both themes. Site gradients and glows stay on celadon hex
and switch to wider oklch only on P3 displays.

Unknown browser and system languages now resolve to English instead of
Simplified Chinese, and Japanese App Store / Play listing copy is kept
in store-assets for console publishing.

- 根因分析：此前『特别致谢』单独设置了 text-slate-600 font-medium hover:underline，导致其比旁边的『联系我们』『隐私政策』『GitHub』颜色更深更粗，显得不协调；
- 修复方案：统一页脚所有 4 个链接样式为 class="hover:text-emerald-700 transition-colors"，保持 100% 视觉协调一致。

- 修复方案：引入微型高对比度白底徽章高亮 EdgeEver 与 Cloudflare Workers & Pages，将行高设为舒适的 leading-loose，并增加 [在 GitHub Fork 仓库] + [查看在线部署文档] 双 CTA 操作按钮。
