fix(web): queue plugin schedule updates for the same task

Saving a digest switch and its time both register the same desktop schedule. Overlapping requests were dropped, so the task stayed off and the plugin showed a restart notice.

Plugin settings stayed in the open form until Save, so text, numbers, and choices disappeared after leaving the page or reloading the desktop window. Each finished value is now written on this device immediately.

A plugin boolean only updated the open settings form until Save. Leaving the page or reloading the desktop window restored the stored off value, so the daily digest switch appeared to turn itself off.

desktop and Android audits treat a complete release as missing and Android
returns it to Draft. Read asset names from the release API URL instead.
