fix(ui): 标签开关收小 + 那一行墨迹居中 + 策略页角色组多选框加高

按老师第三轮反馈（4 条里的 1/2/4，第 3 条另查）：
1. 开关收小一点点：18×32 → 16×28（滑块 14 → 12，行程 14 → 12），保持两态形状一致。
2. 「显示图片标签」那一行上下不居中：量出来文字**墨迹**中心比行中心高 1.5px（字体上下墨迹天生
   不对称），旁边放个居中的开关就显出来了 → 文字下压 1.5px，实测墨迹 239.32 vs 行 239.18（+0.14），
   开关 +0.49，两者互相对齐。
4. 存储策略编辑页的「选择角色组」多选框默认只有两行高（form-multiselect 在上游样式表里其实
   不存在，等于没给高度）→ 显式 min-h-[8rem]，实测 128px（5~6 行）。

验收：jsdom 全仓 396；真机 61 条全绿（新增 4 条：墨迹居中、开关与墨迹对齐、开关尺寸、多选框高度）。
第 3 条（滚动后纵向偏移）另附排查结论：滚动 0/300/600/900 四档实测「画框 == 库判定框」误差 0px、
被选中卡片加入瞬间均与框相交，怀疑是卡片盒子比可见图片外扩 10px（justified-gallery border:10）
造成的「擦边就选中」，等老师做一个小实验确认。
