gui: a session's title on the Sessions page keeps 100px+ in a 420px window when the list scrolls — its row's five 12px gaps (check, title, cost, Resume, terminal, delete) left the title 90px once the page's scrollbar took 10px (WebKit, a long list); narrow rows (≤560px) now have 8px gaps, the title 110px. sessions-usage-open.test.cjs ("its title keeps room to be read") fails in WebKit without it and passes with it in Chromium and WebKit, en and zh; sess-agent-strip, sessions-bar-names, -folder-delete, -manage, -purge, -today, -toolbar, old-webkit and click-scroll pass in both (sessions-overview and sessions-talk fail in WebKit the same on 6e623d16).
