chore: 加 .mailmap 统一提交身份

同一个人以多种 name/email 出现（fanlusky / fanlumaster / Lu Fan(SonnyCalcr)，Evan / Evan Hu ×
两个邮箱），git shortlog 与贡献图因此失真。

不改写历史：三个产品仓按 SHA 钉住引擎 submodule，任何 rewrite 都会让这些 pin 失效。.mailmap
只告诉 git 哪些身份是同一个人，提交本身不变。
