feat: Implement punctuation mode switch IPC and UI sync
...
- Define `WM_PUNCSWITCH` message and add `SwitchToPuncEn`/`SwitchToPuncCn` IPC events
- Implement `UpdateFtbPuncState` to update `floating toolbar` punctuation status
- Handle `changePuncMode` message from WebView to trigger corresponding IPC events
- Add `WM_PUNCSWITCH` handler in `WndProcCandWindow` to sync UI state
- Update `event_listener` to process punctuation switch tasks
