Preserve the focus token during teardown and fall back to an acknowledged Aux
notification when the Main pipe write fails.

Right-click was gated on the focused TIP Main session, so the menu
failed after focus loss. Route LangbarRightClick over Aux instead and
stop accepting it on Main.

Bidirectional synchronization of the paging settings in the settings interface.
