fix(linux): 屏蔽 Less Computer / Claude 控制台入口 (#967)

Less Computer 功能仅 macOS 开放（后端只在 macOS 注册热键/创建窗口），
Linux 设置页不再渲染 CodingAgentSection 和 ClaudeConsoleSection，
避免用户看到无法使用的功能。

- CodingAgentSection: 原仅隐藏 Windows，现同时隐藏 Linux
- tabs.tsx AdvancedTab: os !== 'win' 改为 os === 'mac'
