The entries now use claude's exec form — the executable in `command`, the subcommand in `args` — so the bridge is started directly and no shell parses the path in any configuration; entries written by earlier versions are repaired in place on the next launch instead of being duplicated. Nebula now contributes only the shell-integration markers — prompt start, command status, and the window title carrying cwd and branch — in front of a user prompt, and keeps its own powerline for shells that have none. Sourcing `$PROFILE` again mid-session re-attaches the integration instead of silently ending command-state reporting.
