Wallpaper controls (fit/alignment/opacity), shared widget components
(combobox/slider/toggle/spinner), icon geometry module, surface opacity
policy, and the backdrop layer fix so wallpaper opacity fades toward the
theme background instead of exposing the desktop behind the window.
