fix: pika-agent log 命令在 journal 为空时自动回退到日志文件

当 systemd journal 被轮转清空时，pika-agent log 只显示 -- No entries --，
不会回退到 agent 自己的日志文件。修复后 Linux 平台会先检查 journal 内容，
为空时自动切换到读取 ~/.pika/logs/agent.log。
