usage: Command Code shows its 5-hour and weekly windows, its balance beside them (Command Code为什么没有用量只有余额？？？) — a quota with a balance was taken for a balance alone: the Usage page showed only the figure, the panel put it among Balances, and the used/left toggle didn't count it, so Command Code's credits hid the windows read with them. A balance is the whole quota now only when there are no windows; with windows, the meters come first and the balance is a row under them (the panel: in the account's note and title)
