Provider validation used the globally active ASR provider when deciding whether to derive Bailian protocol endpoints. Non-active Bailian channels therefore sent their WebSocket endpoint through HTTP-only validation for synchronous models.
1.3.14 split settings into tabs and left the existing panel unmounted. Desktop only, matching the PC HTTPS remote-input server.
